Position Overview

The Youth Ministry Team Member assists in leading and supporting youth activities, providing spiritual guidance, and fostering a safe and engaging environment for youth to grow in their faith.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and leading youth group meetings, Bible studies, and events.

• Provide mentorship and support to youth participants.

• Help organize and supervise youth outings and service projects.

• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about youth activities.

• Support the Youth Ministry Leader in administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with youth and guiding them in their faith journey.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Previous experience in youth ministry is beneficial.
