Position Summary:Youth Ministry Volunteers assist the Youth Pastor by building relationships with students, supporting events, and providing a safe and spiritually enriching environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Reports to Youth Pastor

• Relational Ministry: Engage with youth during services, small groups, and events to foster spiritual growth and community.

• Support Role: Assist in setup, supervision, and cleanup during youth events and services.

• Safety: Help ensure a safe environment by following church policies and procedures for youth ministry.

• Prayer & Encouragement: Pray with and for students and serve as a positive Christian role model.

• Leadership Support: Assist with transportation, food service, check-in, and media/technology needs as required.

Qualifications:

• Mature Christian walk and agreement with church doctrine.

• Love for children and teenagers and a heart for discipleship.

• Background check may be required (especially for work with minors).

• Willingness to be trained and serve under Youth Ministry leadership.
