Position Overview

The Women's Ministry Leader oversees all aspects of the women's ministry, providing spiritual guidance, organizing events, and fostering a supportive community for women in the church. Your role is to provide assistance to the women's Ministry Leader to assist in accomplishing vital ministry support to women.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Women's Ministry Leader to develop and implement programs that meet the spiritual and emotional needs of women.

• Assist Women's Ministry Leader to lead Bible studies, retreats, and other events focused on women's growth.

• Assist Women's Ministry Leader to recruit, train, and support volunteers and leaders within the women's ministry.

• Serve as a liaison between women in the church and church leadership.

• Assist Women's Ministry Leader to manage the women's ministry budget and resources.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Ability to mentor and disciple women.

• Passion for women's ministry and spiritual growth.
