This position reports to the assigned Pastor/Deacon(ness).

• Lead a Christ-centered recovery program for individuals dealing with hurts, habits, and hang-ups.​

• Recruit, train, and support leaders for men's and women's small groups.​

• Provide resources and support for participants' recovery journeys.​

• Ensure confidentiality and a safe environment for all attendees.​
