Responsibilities:
Reports to the assigned Pastor/Annual Events Coordinator
Program Planning: Plan and organize the annual VBS program, including curriculum selection and activity planning.
Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers for various VBS roles.
Resource Management: Ensure all necessary materials and supplies are available for VBS activities.
Promotion: Promote VBS within the church and community to encourage participation.
Event Execution: Oversee the smooth operation of VBS, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
