Responsibilities:
This position reports to the assigned Pastor
· Leadership & Coordination: Lead and coordinate the usher team, ensuring all services are adequately staffed.
· Training & Development: Provide training for new ushers, emphasizing hospitality, safety protocols, and service flow.
· Service Oversight: Monitor the usher team's performance during services, offering guidance and support as needed.
· Communication: Maintain clear communication with church leadership regarding service needs and any incidents.
· Scheduling: Develop and manage the usher schedule, ensuring coverage for all services and events.
