Position Overview

The Church Communications Team Member supports the development and execution of communication strategies that effectively convey the church's mission, vision, and activities to the congregation and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and distributing content for newsletters, bulletins, emails, and social media platforms.

• Support the maintenance and updating of the church's website and digital presence.

• Collaborate with ministry leaders to promote events and initiatives through various communication channels.

• Ensure all communications align with the church's brand and messaging guidelines.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative content and campaign ideas.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Understanding of the church's mission and values.

• Previous experience in communications or media is a plus.
