Position Overview

The Dance Ministry Coordinator leads and oversees the church's dance ministry, ensuring that dance is used as a form of worship and expression in alignment with biblical principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a vision and strategy for the dance ministry.

• Recruit, train, and mentor dancers of all ages.

• Coordinate rehearsals and ensure readiness for worship services and special events.

• Collaborate with the worship team to integrate dance into services.

• Maintain costumes and props, ensuring they are in good condition.

Qualifications

• A passion for worship through dance and the arts.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Ability to teach and mentor individuals in dance techniques.

• Previous experience in dance ministry or performance is preferred.

• Understanding of biblical principles related to worship and the arts.
